Yes, 100%. Collabacker is a fully isolated multi-tenant platform. Every influencer, brand, campaign, and invoice you add is completely private to your account. No other user can ever see or access your data.

Go to Influencers in the sidebar and click Add Influencer. Fill in their details, social channel URLs, follower counts, and engagement rates, then save.

Outreach — influencers you are currently reaching out to or in early conversations with.
Onboard — influencers who have agreed to work with you and are being set up for a campaign.
You move an influencer between tabs by updating their status on their profile page.

Yes. Use the Import CSV option on the Influencers page. Download the template, fill it in, and upload it. Duplicates are automatically detected and flagged.

Go to Brands in the sidebar and click Add Brand. Add the brand name, niche, contact details, and any notes. Brands are shared across your whole team.

A niche is the industry or category the brand operates in (e.g. Fashion, Beauty, Tech, Fitness). It helps you filter and match brands to the right influencers.

Go to Campaigns in the sidebar and click New Campaign. Assign it a brand, add deliverables, set deadlines, and link the influencers involved.

Deliverables are the specific content pieces an influencer is contracted to produce — for example, "1 Instagram Reel", "2 TikTok videos", or "1 YouTube integration". Each deliverable has its own deadline and can be tracked individually.

Yes. Save any campaign as a template and re-use it for future campaigns with similar deliverable structures. This saves time when working with recurring brands or content formats.

Open a campaign or deal and click Create Invoice. Add line items, set the due date, and send it directly from the platform or download it as a PDF.

Yes. Go to Account Settings and set your invoice number prefix and starting number. All future invoices will use your custom format automatically.

Collabacker supports multiple currencies including GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, and more. You can set your default currency in Account Settings and change it per invoice if needed.

Go to Account Settings → Team and invite team members by email. You can assign them roles (Admin or Member) to control what they can see and edit.

Go to Account Settings → Security and use the Change Password form. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm.
