By accessing or using Collabacker ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Collabacker is a campaign management platform for influencer marketing. It enables agencies, brands, and influencers to manage campaigns, track deliverables, handle invoicing, and maintain collaboration history.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's or agency's data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with the Platform's security or operation
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Platform (influencers, brands, campaigns, contracts, etc.). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Subscription & Billing

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@collabacker.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabacker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
